Circular hike Oberböden

The trail begins at the parish church in Ginzling. From here, walk into the valley until you reach the signposts on the right-hand side. Here the trail first starts through a meadow along a stone wall, then continues steeply up through a piece of woodland to a forest road. Cross the road and follow the narrow trail until you reach a meadow. From here it is almost level to Oberböden (1519m). The house is no longer farmed! You can now follow the road, which takes you down to the Innerböden inn (1301m), which is also closed.

Continue across a short stretch of meadow and a short section of forest onto the asphalt road. After the auffallend left-hand bend, you descend on a steep path through the forest to an asphalt road, which takes you back to Ginzling.
