Mountain hike: Bärenbad - Plauener Hütte

Take the bus or car (toll road) to the Bärenbad inn (1,450m). A short distance along the road you will see the old Bärenbad inn on the right-hand side, where the hiking trail begins that will take you up to the dam wall of the Zillergründl reservoir.

Alternatively, you can also take the public bus to the dam wall. Walk through the tunnel and along the shore road until you reach the newly laid path.

Continue up the path to the left until you reach the Plauener Hütte (2,364m).
