Brandberg - Steinerkogel

Take the bus or car to Brandberg. From Gasthaus Thanner, walk a short distance in the direction of Mayrhofen until you reach the fire station. From there the road begins to climb slightly in the direction of Steinerkogel. Always stay on the road, which turns left after about 20 minutes of walking towards Gasthaus Steinerkogel. After another 15 minutes you will reach your destination, the Steinerkogel inn. Next to the Thanner Inn, this is a very good place to stop for refreshments. You will also be rewarded here with a fantastic view of Mayrhofen and the surrounding mountain landscape.
