Hall in Tirol - Largest Old Town in Western Austria

The 700-year-old town was much larger and more important in the Middle Ages than today's provincial capital Innsbruck. Rich salt deposits allowed the town to flourish as early as the 13th century. The historic alleys are home to many small individual shops, restaurants and cafés.
