Ginzling Loipe

The cross-country ski trail starts directly at the Nature Park House, where the bus stop and a car park are also located. With a classic and skating track, it first leads with some ups and downs to the ascent to the Maxhütte, crosses the road there and then runs with a loop to the bridge over the Zemmbach. The narrow bridge is covered with mats and can even be crossed with cross-country skis if the snow conditions are favourable. At the Fürstenhaus Ginzling, the trail then changes to the wintery sunny side of the village. Between wooden fences, dry stone walls and traditional wooden stables, the trail leads past the Lengauhof farm to Schliffstein and back again. Cross-country skiing equipment can be rented in many sports shops in Mayrhofen. Please check whether the trail is open.
