In our Pizzeria Mamma Mia restaurant you can feel a touch of Italy with pizza and pasta: Tuesday - Sunday 11:00 to 14:00 & 16:30 to 22:30.

We are happy to take table reservations at our reception.

ACTIVE PROGRAMM

Our activity programme is free of charge from Monday to Friday.

Every Sunday evening, our hiking guide Otto presents the current programme for the coming week and is happy to reveal his hiking tips.

Please register for the excursions at reception by the day before.

ALARM SERVICE

The reception team will be happy to take your wake-up call. You can also use the telephone's automatic wake-up call: Dial *46 and then enter the desired time in 4 digits (example: *460515 for 05:15).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your room will be available from 3:00 PM. We kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Late Check-out:
If your travel plans require it or your getaway feels too short, we are happy to offer you a late check-out, subject to availability:
€35.00 per person, which includes access to the spa area with a locker, changing room, and a small sweet treat after checking out of your room.

For departures before 7:00 AM or on Saturdays (especially during peak season), we kindly ask you to settle your bill by 11:00 PM on the evening prior to your departure. This helps to avoid long waiting times at check-out.

Please remember to leave the safe open and return your keycard at the reception when you check out.

BANQUET & MEETINGS

Seminars, conferences, weddings, birthdays or a family celebration with a view of the mountains? In our hotel you will find the right premises for your event. With two modern equipped seminar rooms, a 15,000 m² garden area and a varied culinary offer made of regional ingredients, we guarantee unique events. Our reception team will be happy to assist you in planning and designing your event.

BATHROBE & SLIPPERS

A wellness bag with a bathrobe is ready for you in your room. Please return it to your room after use. Towels for the pool and sauna area can be found in the wellness area. If the bathrobe is not the right size, feel free to contact our reception team.

Bath slippers are not automatically included in the wellness bag – this helps us save resources and reduce waste. If you did not bring your own slippers, you can of course get a pair at the reception.

If you’d like to take that cozy feeling home with you, our bathrobes are available for purchase at the reception for €68.00. You can also buy our wellness bags for €28.00.

BAR

Amazing cocktails and a rich selection of aperitifs, digestifs, whiskeys and cognacs await you at our hotel bar. We are happy to serve you exquisite Ronnefeldt teas and the best coffee from the traditional Austrian brand Julius Meinl.

From the age of 16, you are also welcome to enjoy delicious cocktails, wines and much more in a quiet atmosphere in the hotel bar of our adult-only ElisabethHotel.

BEDS

Do you want more head cushions or do you need another blanket? Is your mattress too hard/soft? Please contact reception by 4:30 pm. We will gladly try to improve your sleep.

BIKE RENTAL IN SUMMER

For an additional charge, we rent out e-bikes of high-quality brands. In addition, cool city bikes are available for you to use free of charge. Our reception team will be happy to help you.

BILLARD

You will find three billiard tables near the Chill & Play (St. Josef) – balls and cues are available at our reception. To play, you will need €1 coins. Please return the balls and cues to the reception after your game!

BOWLING ALLEY & CINEMA

Three bowling alleys are available for an additional charge. The cost is € 12.00 per lane and hour. For a larger number of people, please book in advance at the reception.


From Thursday to Sunday we show you the latest films for young and old in our cinema for a fee.

BREAKFAST

You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet between 07:00 and 10:00 at your reserved table. Our reception team will be happy to assist you and accompany you to your seat.

CHILDREN

At our resort, families can look forward to numerous amenities for an unforgettable stay. For our little guests, we offer high chairs, special children's menus, and cozy children’s bathrobes featuring Seppi designs.

Seppi’s Playland invites kids to enjoy thrilling slides and many other play opportunities, while parents can relax.

Our childcare service is available monday till friday from 3:15 PM, allowing parents to enjoy some time for wellness or other activities. If your child’s sleep schedule requires an earlier dinner, we are happy to accommodate your needs.

Important note: Please supervise your children to ensure all guests can enjoy a pleasant stay.

As a guest at the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort, a table is of course reserved for you in our cosy restaurant.

Gourmet breakfast on the market square from 07:00 to 10:00 with regional & seasonal delicacies

Sweet treats in the afternoon from 14:30 to 16:30 with homemade Austrian cake and pastry classics

5-course gourmet menu from 18:30 to 20:30 with a choice of three main courses (fish, meat, vegetarian/vegan), salad buffet, cheese selection and ice cream.

Important: If you have any intolerances, follow special diets or have a vegetarian or vegan diet, we offer special menus for you - let us know as soon as possible or simply at reception.

A relaxed leisure look or casual clothing is welcome.

DAILY JOURNAL

You will find your morning mail daily at the entrances to our breakfast buffet. This way we save resources on paper consumption and thus protect the environment, because not all of our guests want to read our morning mail.

As a guest at the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort, a table is naturally reserved for you in our cozy restaurant.
Our Gourmet Half-Board:

Gourmet breakfast at the marketplace from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM with regional and seasonal delicacies.

Sweet treats in the afternoon from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM with homemade Austrian cakes and pastry classics.

DOGS

A Warm Welcome to You and Your Dog!
We’re delighted that you’d like to bring your four-legged companion with you. Dogs are warmly welcomed in our à la carte restaurants, bar and lounge areas, and in the garden surrounding the chapel.

Please note: Only one dog is allowed per room, and a fee of €35 per night will be charged for your dog’s stay.

Pure doggy bliss:

A special surprise awaits all four-legged newcomers on the Neuhaus dog blanket – a delightful treat from our partner and dog expert, Bugbell.

A little highlight that both dog and owner shouldn't miss.

Areas Reserved for Two-Legged Guests:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, dogs are not permitted in the marketplace/buffet area, the wellness and pool areas, or the natural swimming lake. We also kindly ask that dogs stay off furniture and children’s playgrounds.

Safety First:
For the comfort of all guests and the animals on our meadows, please keep your dog on a leash at all times while on the resort premises.

Cleanliness Matters:
As our meadows are also used by calves and cows, we ask that you carefully clean up after your dog to keep the environment safe and clean.

If Your Dog Stays in the Room:
If your loyal companion is resting in the room for a while, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door and inform the reception. The room will not be cleaned during this time to ensure a stress-free environment for your dog.

In Case of Damage or Excessive Dirt:
Should any damage occur or the room become heavily soiled during your stay, we kindly ask for your understanding that the associated costs will be charged to your account.

Cleaning Fee:
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €250 in the event that the guidelines are not followed.

DRESSCODE

In the evening, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate attire in the restaurant.

E-CHARGING OPTIONS

From now on, four private charging stations are available directly on our premises. The usage is simple and self-payment based.

ENERGY

The earth is important to us and we want to protect the environment. Therefore, please switch off the main switch next to the door or release the keycard contact when leaving your room. If it is too warm in your room, do not open the window permanently. Please contact our reception team. We will be happy to adjust the heating to your comfort temperature.

FIRE SAFETY

We ask for your understanding that no candles or star splashes may be used in the hotel rooms. These measures are for your safety! Smoking is not permitted in our rooms and suites. A triggered false alarm is subject to a charge.

FITNESS

In our movement rooms Work 1 & Work 2, you can fully express yourself. Here you will find space for dynamic workouts, Pilates, or intensive stretching. Our diverse activity program includes fitness classes at least five times a week, such as fascia training, aqua gymnastics, abs-legs-glutes, resistance band workout, CrossFit, circuit training, and Fit-Mix. In our Village Gym (opposite the main building), you can work out daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the most modern Technogym equipment using your key.

FLOWER SERVICE

You would like to surprise your loved ones? We will be happy to fulfil your flower wishes at the reception.

Dip dip hurra - Enjoy a cosy fondue evening with a feeling of lived history and homeliness that reminds a little of campfire atmosphere. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed date, you will be charged 100% of the Fondue price.

The spaces in our garage are limited, so we kindly ask you to make a reservation in time. The cost is € 10.00 per day and garage space.

Your guest card will be ready for you the next morning. If you need it earlier, please contact our reception team. With the guest card you receive various discounts in the holiday region Mayrhofen-Hippach.

HIKING EQUIPMENT

LATE CHECK OUT

Would you like to extend your vacation a little longer? Depending on availability, we are happy to offer you the option of a late check-out:
€ 35.00 per person for access to the SPA area, including a locker, changing room, and a small sweet treat.
Please note that your room must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest. Afterward, you are welcome to continue enjoying the amenities of our SPA area.

LOCAL TAX

The local tax is € 3.20 per person (from 15 years) and day.

SOMETHING TO KNOW

CANCELLATION
Please inform us as soon as possible, if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed date, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

LATE ARRIVAL
Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend the session beyond the initially agreed treatment time. So the duration of the treatment will be shortened in the event of late arrival. We kindly ask you to join us 5 minutes before the agreed start of the treatment.

PREPARATION FOR THE TREATMENT
You ought not to shave before undergoing an exfoliation. If you suffer from a sunburn, a skin peel should be avoided. If nail varnish is to be performed, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate shoes (slippers), because the varnish has to dry.

Please give us notice of relevant health problems.

SPA ETIQUETTE
In consideration for the other guests, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone during your stay in the spa area, do not bring glasses in the barefoot areas and do not wear street shoes.

MINIBAR

There is a minibar in some rooms. The reception will be happy to take your order: minibar menu. These drinks will be charged to your room bill.

MONEY EXCHANGE

In the centre of Mayrhofen, two to eight minutes from the hotel, you will find several banks with ATMs and money exchange services.

NEWSPAPER

Current regional daily newspapers can be found in the bar area.

NIGHT ENTRANCE

After 24:00 you can open the front door with your keycard (to the left of the main entrance).

NON-SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in the entire interior area of the hotel. Should you intentionally trigger our fire alarm system, the costs for the deployment of the fire brigade are to be borne by you.


PARKING

You can park free of charge on our hotel-owned parking lot during your stay. We are also happy to provide you with a space in our garage. The cost is € 10.00 per day and garage space.

ROOM SERVICE

Would you like to enjoy your breakfast in your room or have your afternoon coffee on the balcony? We are happy to serve all meals (€10 service fee) and drinks (€5 service fee) to your room. For orders, please call the reception (9 or 109).

We charge a fee of €10 per person for breakfast room service. Please arrange your breakfast order with reception by 9 p.m. the day before your desired time.

REPAIR

If the light bulb is broken, the remote control is defective or anything else is bothering you in your room - please let us know at reception. We will take care of it as soon as possible.

RECEPTION

The reception team is at your disposal from 07:00 to 24:00. You can reach the reception by telephone on extension 9 and 109.

SAFE

All rooms and suites have their own safe, which you can operate according to the instructions there. Please leave the safe open when you leave.

SAUNA

Our adults-only saunas and steam baths are located in the Garden Spa (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM), the Heaven Spa (2:30 PM - 7:00 PM), and the Camomile Spa (2:30 PM - 7:00 PM). For the sake of the environment, the two saunas in the Camomile Spa are closed for the summer – out of respect for nature. By consciously pausing, we aim to conserve resources and contribute to sustainability. Our three steam baths are open year-round.

The family sauna in Seppi's Landbad opens at 2:30 PM, or if you need it, please contact reception (Seppi's family sauna is closed for the summer – for the sake of the environment!).

After an active day, our event sauna with themed infusion ceremonies offers the ideal conclusion.

SHOESHINE SERVICE

A shoe shine machine is available for free use in our toilet in the bar area.

SKI DEPOT / SKIROOM

Please do not take your ski boots, skis or snowboard into your room! Leave your equipment in the designated ski depot. The ski room is locked in the evening. We are happy to open the room for you outside opening hours. Please contact the reception team.

Of course, there is also room for your bike equipment. If you need a charging facility for your e-bike, please contact our reception team. You will find the depot right next to the main entrance down the ramp.

SKI MAPS

For the current ski map of the Mayrhofen ski area, please ask at reception.

SKIBUS

The stops for the ski buses are directly in front of the hotel. You can get more information about the departure schedules at the reception or directly here.

SKI SCHOOL / RENTAL

In the centre of Mayrhofen you will find a selection of ski schools as well as shops where you can rent your equipment. The reception team will be happy to advise you!

Please note that the use of our sauna village is permitted from the age of 16. Children can use our family sauna (textile sauna) in the indoor pool area under adult supervision.
