...the Ice Fog Walk in the Sky Spa invites you to cool down.
...revitalize your circulation in the Chamomile Spa with the cold-water gorge or in the Kneipp pool. The waterfall shower at the end of the Kneipp stream is a special challenge.

Please contact our reception team to make an appointment.
Cancellations
Please inform us as soon as possible, if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the agreed date, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
Delays
Unfortunately, in the event of delays, it is not possible to extend treatments beyond the agreed date. If you arrive later than booked, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Preparation for your treatment
You ought not to shave before undergoing an exfoliation. If you suffer from a sunburn, a skin peel should be avoided. If nail varnish is to be performed, we kindly ask you to wear appropriate shoes (slippers), because the varnish has to dry.
Please give us notice of relevant health problems.
In consideration for the other guests, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone during your stay in the spa area, do not bring glasses in the barefoot areas and do not wear street shoes.

Family sauna
Our Family Sauna is a textile sauna. Children can enjoy a sauna session under the supervision of an adult. The Family Sauna is located in Seppi's Landbad. Young guests can look forward to special spa treatments, while regular sauna infusions and scrubs are also offered as a family experience.

Swimming lessons: become a safe swimmer
In our special children's program, little ones learn to have fun safely in the water through play. Under the expert guidance of our certified swimming instructors, our youngest guests not only discover different swimming techniques but also gain confidence in diving and jumping. The joy of being in the water is always our top priority! For the very youngest children ages 4 and up, we offer playful aqua aerobics, where they can gain their first water experiences – with lots of fun and no pressure, of course.
Children aged 4–7 years: 25 minutes, €25 per session (5 sessions = €120)
Children aged 8 and up: 40 minutes, €35 per session (5 sessions = €170)
Swimming lessons can be booked at the reception.
Stay active – even on vacation!
Every day, various sports and fitness classes, such as Yoga, Stretch & Relax, and Pilates, are held in Work 1 on the first floor.
With your Key Card, you can work out on the modern Technogym equipment in our Village Gym (across from the main building) daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
